Cayle first came across our radar as he was very proactive reaching out to us to learn about our property and intentions with it. Once we had decided to sell he was also the first agent to present a proposal, when all agents in the area had been called the same day to advise our intention to sell. So it was evident from the beginning Cayle has a very good work ethic. Cayle has excellent market knowledge of the local area too. He immediately identified the value in our specific property and was able to clearly articulate that. Cayle also has superior communication skills. During the whole process we were always kept up to date, I was never left wondering what was going on. While our home truely is beautiful, I also attribute our particularly amazing sale result to Cayle’s strong relationship with the buyers in the area.
