I have 2 properties in Wollongong they manage and the service I receive is nothing but professional. When I have a vacancy, I am astounded with the timely results they achieve. They keep me informed throughout the process and are a pleasure to deal with. Hannah looks after my properties and I could not ask for a better agent. I wish they were also in Nowra and Canberra!!!

We thought that ONEAGENCY Zeidler Waller were very professional under first impression and with talking to the lovely Shania, but as we asked for a reduction in rent due to the current global pandemic it started falling downhill for us. It’s a long story but we were not treated fairly and felt attacked by both the owners and agency. There were some things said and done to us that I don’t wish upon anyone.

Great to have Hannah at One Agency help us out with securing a rental during the covid period. Found the perfect spot that ticked all the boxes and all sorted within a week,

The experience that I had with One Agency was great! Our realestate agent, Hannah, was great to work with and within 24 hours of applying for an apartment, she got us approved. The process was really easy and if I did have a question, it got answered very quickly. I would definitely recommend going with One Agency when looking for a home!
