The whole process from inspection to leasing and moving in was made very easy and the agents involved were always kind, warm and courteous. They ensured a smooth transition into the new property and made the property feel very welcoming.

We recently started renting an apartment in Wollongong through Zeidler Waller and had couldn’t fault the experience in any way. So helpful, accommodating and pleasant to deal with:). Totally recommend dealing with these guys. Thanks Charlie, Z and team!

One Agency Zeidler Waller have managed my rental properties for a few years now and I couldn't be happier. They're professional, great communicators and most of all they understand what a landlord and a tenant want and need - they're fantastic at managing the relationship on both sides. I've had other managing agents in the past and I was always frustrated and unhappy. I recommend One Agency to everyone - give them a call - it's the best decision you can make.

Friendly, amiable staff and always quick in response. Had the best experience with OneAgency among all the agents I had deal with in past.

OneAgency has so far been the best realestate agency I have rented with, they have provided so much support and kindness with securing our new rental and making sure everything is running smoothly. They have reliably answered any questions or concerns we have had in the most professional and understanding matter. Highly recommend from my household!

One Agency has always acted with integrity and demonstrates a high level of knowledge with every interaction. The team has both sold a property and managed a leased property on our behalf over several years. Thank you Charlie, Christian and the whole team.

One Agency Zeidler Waller has exceeded our expectations at every turn with their professional yet personal approach. Nothing is left to chance and we really appreciate the forward-thinking sending of trade contacts while the office is closed over the Easter weekend. We also appreciate being kept informed by the ZW team who work cohesively. Our maintenance issues are dealt with promptly and Customer Service is second to none.
