Our process was a long and complicated one as we were tossing up between buying another house or land - eventually we went for the land option which took 2 1/2 to settle and James (and Alexandra) were constantly touching base with us throughout the whole process - many other agents had come and gone by that stage. James was always asking if he could help in any way regardless of what it was we needed and that went a long way in our eyes and once the house was on the market he explained the process, made recommendations (both positive and in the improvements to get the extra dollar) and backed himself with a sliding commission scale. A thorough professional who knows his market, knows his strengths and above all a gentleman. Would have no issues at all in recommending him to anyone.

James is a very kind and honest gentleman. Unlike other agents I met, he never bragging a lot, and always gave me very apropos suggestions. I still remember first time I wanted to sell my house he advised me it was not a good time to sell for the best price. While other agents always told to me it was the best time to sell whenever I asked. Also, his team is very professional on the way marketing my property, I am asking them to put a price I want to sell on the advertising, but they did a different, more professional way and sold it much more than my expectation. In addition, as a local agent, surprisingly, they did open house for potential customers during night time. My house was only officially opened once and get sold. But his team actually did 3 times open house in the night time for the potential buyers.
