When Lesley and I decided to sell our single storey Masterton Home in Kellyville being around 10 years old we obtained three property appraisals from local real estate agents and after some deliberation we decided to go with First Meridien Realty as they have a branch at Castle Hill and Rouse Hill. Right from our first meeting, my wife and I felt at ease with Alexandra and James. There was no pushy sales stuff and the professional, thoughtfulness and the calm manner in which they presented themselves was very reassuring to us. After an easy discussion around presentation, positioning in the market and price, we agreed to go into this partnership. Throughout the next couple of weeks of getting our place in the best presentable style we could, both Alexandra and James took the time to turn up for the photo shoot and with both their keen eye’s, sought out those best shots to display our home.
