James is a very kind and honest gentleman. Unlike other agents I met, he never bragging a lot, and always gave me very apropos suggestions. I still remember first time I wanted to sell my house he advised me it was not a good time to sell for the best price. While other agents always told to me it was the best time to sell whenever I asked. Also, his team is very professional on the way marketing my property, I am asking them to put a price I want to sell on the advertising, but they did a different, more professional way and sold it much more than my expectation. In addition, as a local agent, surprisingly, they did open house for potential customers during night time. My house was only officially opened once and get sold. But his team actually did 3 times open house in the night time for the potential buyers.
