It is my immense pleasure to recommend James Holvander as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. I was comfortable in my small three bedroom house in Auburn until my parent feels my house is too old and need to renovate. But after discussion, we decide it is time for us to buy a larger home in a nice quite living suburb. I has spend nearly half year to searching for the house that I like until I see this beautiful house in Rouse Hill. James had an initial phone call with me around 5:30pm on a Tuesday night, and he listened attentively as I explained my situation. Base on my explanation, he encouraged me to have look this house because this house is meeting my criteria as well as within my budget limitations. So James been stay in the house and waiting me from 5:30pm until 6:45pm because I took so long on the road. When I first meet James I noticed his calmness and that he really seemed to be a good listener. The house that he encouraged me to see is just what I want, He did not waste my time with home that were out of my price range or not in line with my needs. From the beginning and throughout this home buying process, James was always on top of it. He patiently and knowledgeably walked me through any questions I had, no matter how big or small. I found James to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if I was his only customer, although I know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and text message very quickly. Because I am doing afternoon shift and finish my work at 10pm, James still reply to my message which I send to him after work. I never felt neglected or unimportant.
