Absolutely Outstanding Experience!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I contacted her, everything was handled seamlessly. She organised absolutely everything — I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. My property was posted on Sunday evening, had a home open on Wednesday, and was sold by Thursday. And to top it off, I received a fantastic offer above asking. The whole process was fast, effortless, and completely stress-free. Above and beyond throughout.

Whilst Nikola was the selling agent, and we were the buyers she created a bond that helped 2 people who had not sold a house for 40 years overcome their fears and problems. At all times she stayed in contact and provided assistance and knowledge that she was not obliged to commit to. Nikola genuinely changed our attitude to the Real Estate environment in a very positive way.

Outstanding Sales agent

Nikola impressed us from the first inspection of the property up to settlement (and beyond) of our new Western Australian home. She was friendly and easy to get along with and nothing we asked was any problem. Nikola guided us through the purchasing process with amazing local knowledge as we were moving from NSW and were unfamiliar with the WA real estate market. As we were on a limited timeframe she handled details like the building inspection defects and repairs needed. Thanks for your hard work Nikola! We greatly appreciate it.
