Made everything so easy!
Michael was great to deal with. For 2 young, first home buyers, we had no idea what we were doing. Michael was very understanding, patient and just very nice to deal with. He allowed us to negotiate the price of our house and we feel that we got an amazing deal! Glad to have done business with him! He deserves a few glasses of Scotch on us!

Great agent
I found Michael Giordanis very professional and efficient. He came to an initial discussion with me and we set realistic goals. When it was time to sell, the marketing was done very well, maximising the selling points of the house. Then after the first open inspection, there were serious buyers and the negotiating was carried out quickly and effectively. We achieved the price we aimed for. I couldn't fault him and would highly recommend him.
