My experience of Michael Dempsey at the time of sale of my unit in Bundaberg, was excellent. Once they knew my expectations, a comprehensive plan was adopted, and the unit was put under contract after around a month even though I had moved to a different state and left the sale in their hands. I achieved a reasonable price for the unit, and moved into my newly purchased house in my new location 6 weeks after my unit went under contract, and have since sold the van I lived in for the interim.
