From our first meeting with Kurt and his assistant we had confidence in listing with them. Their knowledge of the local community and prospective buyers put us at ease immediately. Throughout the process Kurt and his team kept us informed and up to date. I have no hesitation in recommending Kurt to prospective buyer’s or seller’s. Regards Greg Brennan

The recent sale of my property in Bundaberg is the second time I have been involved with Kurt Dempsey from Michaels Real Estate. I originally purchased the property through him just over two years ago. Kurt and his assistant made everything go smoothly from discussing the sale price, to arranging the open house inspections, to dealing with securing a suitable purchaser. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michaels Real Estate to sell my property and was very happy with the experience and outcome. Grace's experience and knowledge provided valuable insight into the current market trend. Her professionalism, dedication and commitment made the sale smooth and stress free. I was kept informed the whole way through with regular updates and she was always available to answer any questions when needed. Thanks to Grace's hard work and negotiation skills, I was able to achieve the outcome I wanted. I highly recommend Michaels Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell their property.

Very professional team and someone could always help me with my inquiries. Nothing was too much trouble for Kurt to call me back and solve. I met Kurt on many open houses and he listened to what I needed and found me my property. He also sold my home on 1st open house.

I have sold two properties through Michael's Real Estate and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to get the best price. They were very professional and yet showed the personal touch when needed. They were honest in their dealings and kept everything open and above board with contact at all times and kept me well informed.

Michael and his staff helped us through the sale of our family home after the passing of our father. Their professional knowledge, guidance and support where valued and appreciated during this difficult time. Thankyou Michael, Katelyn and Grace for being so kind and caring during this sad, emotional time for our family. The sale went through quickly once the house went onto the market, with a smooth transition to the conveyors. I would recommend Michael's Real Estate to anyone who is ready to sell their home.

Well done Kurt, wonderful experience at all times through our journey of renovations to selling our property. Your advise and knowledge was excellent. Thanks for answers all our questions and advising us at all times. We wouldn't been able to the renovations without your knowledge of the local tradies. Much appreciated for all your effort.
