I first must mention i moved a lot (for work) and have bought and sold six homes around Australia, so i am giving this review with great experiences of the process and experiencing a lot of Agents. When dealing with Michael i found him to be welcoming and professional. He was reasonable, more importantly whilst he guided us to our sales figure, he actually listened to our (sellers) input. I actually felt heard. He was willing to listen to how we felt about pricing. So we came to a mutual resolve and that made us feel confident in Michaels ability.
