During the initial inspection of my house before putting it on the market, Michael, with his obvious knowledge and experience, and assisted by Katelyn & Grace, gave me a very honest and down to earth dollar value appraisal of my property, along with a very transparent explanation of the strategy to be used to market the property. My house went under contract within 3 days of being listed on the market, for a much higher price than I had initially anticipated due to Katelyn's excellent negotiation skills, and then settlement took place exactly 3 weeks later.
