The suggested advertising price was designed to achieve offers sufficient for me to clear an amount which would enable me to repay any expenses and still leave sufficient for me to achieve my future goals regarding accommodation and well being. The offers received were sufficient to achieve these goals and were in close proximity to each other indicating to me that the market value was well known to the Agent and the advice given to me was sound. Communication was excellent and courteous and assistance with matters such as obtaining tradesmen to install fire alarms and cleaners was given freely.
