Jen did an excellent job selling my apartment especially during the current health pandemic. Despite this she still managed to secure a buyer and within the price I was expecting. She provides constant updates at all hours (even weekends) and always available to answer questions. The commission is slightly higher than other quotes I obtained but you get what you pay for - quality service and results. I would recommend Jen and MICM if you are selling a city apartment.
