I live in Sydney and had to sell my 3-bedroom apartment in Melbourne during the COVID-19 period. I count my lucky stars to have found Natalia as she has been a professional right from the start. Nothing was difficult for Natalia. I was extremely impressed by how she was able to organise all the work that was needed to prepare our apartment for sale, including repainting, recarpeting, minor maintenance work and property styling, all this on top of the usual property sales work of liaising with the conveyancer, photography and marketing. Natalia was very hardworking, at times I had to tell her to switch off her phone and rest for the evening. She kept me informed at all times and always returned my calls promptly whenever I had a query or concern. I was keep posted of the whole progress, Jen work through outside normal hour which well accommodate to me who live in city 2 hours behind VIC time, there is instances where she respond my SMS at 10:51pm (12:51am VIC time). The final sale price is slightly below initial expectations, but I trust Jen did her best given the current pandemic situation. Overally, Jen is very professional & I would recommend her to everyone.

I couldn't recommend Faith enough to anyone looking for an Agent in the Southbank area. Her many years of experience shows through as she has a detailed understanding of the market and a solid bank of previous buyers and colleagues to discuss potential sales with. She gave accurate pricing advice and didn't just 'tell me what I wanted to hear" which other Agents have done in the past. Even with the difficulties of restrictions ongoing throughout the sale, Faith was able to fetch a solid price and facilitated the sale of some furniture to the buyer, even though this would not add to her commission. I was so happy to be able to sell at all during the peak of the restrictions and the price was great given the circumstances, which wouldn't have been achieved if it wasn't for Faith. Her communication style is clear and prompt and was contactable for an update at any time. The most professional and friendly Agent I have ever dealt with; you would be remiss to look anywhere else.
