The Dapto MMJ property management team are an absolute dream to work with. Everything is done to perfection, always on time and without prompting. They are passionate about their work and approach every situation with integrity , honesty and a sense of humour! Our property manager Laura is a true gem in this team and we could not be happier

Best Real Estate Agents ever!

I have leased a property through MMJ Dapto for the past year and I find them the most approachable, helpful and reliable agents I have ever come across. If there is ever an issue with my property they are onto it straight away. I would have to say that this team are just amazing!

Laura and MMJ Dapto Team are outstanding!

MMJ Dapto is definitely the best real estate I’ve been in contact with by far. The overall vibe within the office is welcoming. Laura M is hands down the most reliable, responsive and caring agent. She keeps in contact all the time and ensures expectations are met. Regardless of the time or day she will always go out of her way to help and provide impeccable service and feedback. On the day of signing our lease contract we were surprisingly welcomed with an adorable congratulations sign and a package of goodies! This was very unexpected considering I’ve dealt with MMJ Windang and Wollongong and have never received such a warm welcoming. It’s always the little things that can make a huge difference! Overall, Laura and the MMJ Dapto Team provide outstanding service that deserves more recognition I could ever give!

Great communication and service

MMJ listened to our concerns and then promptly actioned them. They have been proactive and great communicators and we haven't had to chase up a thing. We would have no hesitation in recommending their property management services to other landlords.

Friendly & helpful

MMJ Real Estate Dapto made our move smooth & simple. They were very well organised, making the lease signing and in-going inspection report easy, and were happy to quickly take care of the few minor issues we had after moving in. They even gave us a hamper full of handy items to help setting up, including some snacks to munch on when we were too busy opening boxes and organising things to make them ourselves -- a nice thoughtful touch.
