Simone Ryan of Moneybags Property has sold two properties for us. After an excellent sale of our first property on the Gold Coast hinterland, we didn't hesitate to contact Simone to sell our second home, even though we now resided at the Sunshine Coast. Signage went up in the front yard at 9.30am and 'Open house' began at 10am with five or six interested couples and the Contract was signed before 11.30am. That surely has to be a record.!! Simone does her research and she presented our home very appealingly through both a video and photographs. We would urge anyone wishing to sell their home to select this dynamic young Agent.

We engaged Simone to sell our home when we saw other properties in our estate selling fast and for a greater value than we expected. This immediately impressed us, so we knew that Moneybags would be the best way for us to get the result we wanted in selling our home. From our first meeting Simone we knew that we were realistic in our asking price and felt that the home was worth no less. We had a great deal of interest in our property thanks to Simone's hard work with marketing and ended up selling the house three times. Despite our first two contracts falling through due to buyers failed finance Simone did not lose momentum. In fact she became more determined and although we had people offer below our asking price Simone did not budge and we ended up selling our house at the asking price to a lovely family who we know will enjoy our home as much as we did.
