After seeing many open homes in the Woods Estate over 8 months on Christmas Eve we purchased our home thanks to Simone we were satisfied with the outcome and found her approachable and works hard for the seller and achieved a fair price

Simone and her team provided an above average and honest standard of service. What stood out for us was their ability to answer all our questions, we asked a lot, whether immediately or providing a response within the hour. They were so knowledgeable about the property and community (other Agents struggled to answer our questions or provided incorrect responses). The purchase process was quick and stress free, they were genuinely very helpful, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the suburb and local area.. We would highly recommend Moneybags to anyone looking to buy or sell and we would definitely use them again.

Simone and Moneybags real estate went above and beyond our expections to help us sell our house and purchase our new dream home. This is the second time we have used Simone and with her expertise, managed to make our life easier in this transaction of both properties. I highly recommend Simone and the wonderful crew at Moneybags Real Estate to anyone who is considering buying or selling any type of property. As you know the real eastate market is a scary place and the amount of care that Simone shows to her clients, makes you feel that she is someone you can really trust and can depend apon in these stressful times. Even the after sales support is second to none Thank You Simone and the crew at Moneybags Real Estate for the professional way you helped us again.

Simone has been wonderful from the time we enquired to the settlement day. We are so grateful for all her hard work to not only help us sell our home, but to find our dream home as well. She has been extremely helpful, open, transparent and reliable throughout both the buying and selling process and has shown nothing but professionalism. The Moneybags Property team definitely has a passion for what they do and the services they provide. Simone is an agent we will not only highly recommend but will call upon in any of our buying and/or selling ventures in the future. Thank-you!
