Kon Exceeded our Expectations
We can not fault Kon in anyway, right from the beginning Kon was excellent. It was important for us to trust the agent we selected to sell our property and Kon gave us that sense of open and honesty right from the beginning. Kon kept us informed every step of the way, with regular updates on progress and I always knew what the next steps were. There is nothing more that I could have asked for, Kon exceeded our expectations, and I am so pleased we decided to choose him as our selling agent

Very helpful and knowledgable
Kon has been very helpful and patient with me throughout the entire sale process. I am a first home buyer and Kon explained every step along the way. Satisfied with outcome
Kon secured a satisfactory outcome for the sale of my property. Given he approached me regarding the sale of he property saying he had multiple interested parties and that the price range was estimated between $730k to $780k, the end sale price was disappointing. But we were pleased to have dealt off market and got what actually was a market rate price for our place. It just got our hopes up initially thinking we were going to be able to get more because of what Kon had said. He is professional and obvisouly knows and understands the selling processes. But clearer communication would have been preferable.

Exceptional agent
From the moment I decided to sell my property Kon provided me with excellent market advice and a detailed comprehensive sales strategy. He was extremely collaborative with me about the process and always communicated with me along the way.
