Effective, persistent and communicative.

Claudio just finished managing the sale of a Unit/apartment for me. The unit itself was fairly ordinary but in a sea of similar properties in the area, it probably wasn't an easy sell. Claudio managed expectations well and was persistent with his pursuit of potential buyers and evaluation of the current market. It took longer than expected to sell, but he never let off the gas and we were happy with the final result.

very professional suggestion and patient service

At the first stage, Claudio helped me to set a reasonable price range with his professional knowledge and experience. After that we met the dramatic change, not only because of the pandemic, but also the interest rate. During these hard times, he kept digging the market and giving me the potential customers. It's always been much more difficult when putting the property into market which also has a lease. Claudio is very patient to communicate with the buyer and tenant. Now I had a nice result and I'm very appreciate all the efforts that he made.

Professional, experienced and helpful

Claudio was a pleasure to deal with at all times. He was always willing to help and do what ever was needed in order to sell my property. If a stratigy wasn't working he would come up with a new plan and have it enforced immediately. Thank you for everything you done for me in order to get my property sold. Keep up the great work 👍🏼

Responsive, personable and helpful.
