I was introduced into the real estate industry by a close school friend back in 2005. Having been in sales all my life, from surf retail to state sales manager for Rip Curl, sales is in my blood. I feel I am a driven individual with high energy and have a professional approach to everything I do. I was introduced into the Re/max 100% club within 8 months of being in real estate and settled over 19.5 million in my first year. In 2008 I moved into commercial real estate and leasing in Perth CBD, but since then have moved back into Residential sales with Realmark West. With my network skills and experience in developments and projects, over the past 24 months achieved in sales over $60,000,000 million in Off the Plan Apartments for one of Perth’s leading developers Psaros. The Realmark brand means a lot to me, with state of the art marketing and technology this is a real estate company that like myself thinks outside the square. With focus on my client relationships I like to work in consultation and partnership with my clients to deliver premium results. Outside of property, I am a former State National and International gold medallist in Taekwondo from my training at the age of 6 years. Currently I am teaching kids from 3 years and above, in Loftus Centre in Leederville.

Before joining Burgess Rawson Chris ran his own agency. Local Experience Chris has substantial experience in a variety of Residential Real Estate areas from the sale of Subdivisions to Development Sites and Apartment Projects. His vast level of experience allows an insight into multiple markets and the drivers within them. International Experience Chris has also had substantial experience in Project Sales working with award winning London Real Estate company, Keiller Collins Property, who specialised in Apartment Sales and Management and Project Marketing. During his time with this agency he represented specific International Investment Syndicates from Africa, Hong Kong, and London who developed cutting edge high rise apartments in Canary Wharf, North Greenwich, Gallions Loch and Docklands.
