David gave excellent service. He replied immediately to phone calls in most cases, if he was with another client as soon as he was free he returned your call. I had drams with the buyer and David was able to sort out the issues with them. Also needed an electrician at last minute and his recommendation gave immediate wonderful service. As buyer wrote contract definitely have your conveyance solicitor check first, especially days of contract. We can definitely recommend David.
