After attempting to sell my house with Ray White's salesman Riley Neaton, who was unhelpful, who never gave any feedback or figures on how my house was tracking in the sale market, who rarely returned my calls AND then after several months of having a house that wasn't selling Ray White then asked me to reduce the asking price of my property from $349K to $299K. This is when I decided to bite the bullet and try to sell my house with 'Mr Real Estate' Jason Rayner. BEST move I ever made!!!! Jason was so transparent and so professional and proactive throughout the entire sale process. Jason suggested that I do a few improvements to my property to make it more attractable in the market. I spent a few thousand dollars and within a week Jason had a contract for sale on my house for $335K :) Every time I messaged or emailed Jason he replied straight back to my messages and was always there to help me out, not once did I feel like I was being ignored or left in the wind like I was with Ray White. Jason and his team were simply 'marvelous' to deal with, they obviously have a formula that works better than ALL the generic real estate companies in Rockhampton, especially Ray White. A BIG thank you to Jason and his team, you simply are 'The Best'
