Dan did a great job selling our property and matched our house to a buyer in the first week. He is vastly experienced, trustworthy and level-headed; just what we had hoped for in an agent. We had a couple of hiccups during the first few weeks of the Contract due to some surprises with the title document and Dan was able to keep the deal alive due to the trust he had built with both parties.
