This is our 6th property that we have purchased in our time, and I can honestly say it has been by far the easiest and most enjoyable experience we have had in realestate purchases. From day 1 Dan came across as a decent honest bloke that was not your normal pushy salesman out there to make a quick buck, he made us feel relaxed and went out of his way to answer any questions we had regarding the property.
