I met him at the bar an I knew he was the agent for me. Todd has a really positive and upbeat attitude with his clients. Due to his great knowledge of the area, and of prospective buyers, he insisted on listing the property for a price much higher then what the property was valued for, and what we were expecting. Sure enough after 1 month of open houses, a buyer made an offer very close to what it was listed for. We are overjoyed with the result!
