We'd almost decided to apply for another property when Jack called me. When a property like 12 Richnond Ct comes to market he could immediately match up with potential buyers like us. (Honestly, I don't like the other agent sending me property promotion emails, which mostly are not prevalent to our needs at all!) Once we showed interest Jack contacted with Vendor immediately and arranged a pre-opening inspection, giving us the opportunity to compare two potential properties before decision. Before we put the property on the market, he introduced a lot of people to us, like gardeners, professional cleaners, property stylers, handyman and painters etc, that helped us to save a lot of time and energy to find good ones by ourselves, and all of them worked with Jack Bi, they all looked after us on the price, meanwhile they did excellent jobs to improve our property to look like showroom.
