In the first few minutes of interacting with Reza, I knew that I was in safe hands. He took time to understand my needs and explained me transparently the pros and cons of the property that he was exhibiting. Throughout the process (i.e. right from the time the property was advertised till the date of the auction), I might have troubled Reza almost 15-20 times, but every time, he patiently addressed my queries, even if many of those were repeat questions. Reza was forthcoming on his suggestions whether I should go for an auction or a private treaty. Overall, it was a great experience working with Reza and I would be happily working with him whenever I go for my next venture.

Met Jack at a few open homes during our journey, he was knowledgable and friendly. He also has a young team who were very nice and friendly. Once we were in negotiations and I submitted a fair offer, I could tell that Jack was trying hard to work with the vendor to come to an agreement which we did. He also organised for us to have one final walkthrough of the property privately before signing which we appreciated.
