As a licenced real estate agent, it is difficult to trust the sales process of my properties to another agent. However, we live interstate and I could not come down to Tas to sell our investment property. I handed everything over to Melinda who is familiar with the local market and was able to deal directly with our tenants and property manager. I took every recommendation she made on board and left her completely in charge of pricing, advertising and negotiations. I have never had such a relaxing sale process with another agent! Our tenants co-operated, our property manager was calm, and our property was unconditionally sold at a terrific price, faster than I would have believed possible. We are so happy with the result and with Melinda's excellent service. We strongly recommend Melinda to anyone looking for a terrific sales agent.

Melinda went above and beyond her normal duties even once the sale process was complete. e.g. opening up her office on weekends to hand us over the keys (as I flew in on a weekend), picking up keys from owners as they were dining in the evening. We had a conveyance lawyer who was dawdling and she got him to complete the process in time. She even left us a note on local features of interest as she knew the area so well! Thanks Melinda for a great job!
