Good overall experience

Ben gave me great customer service when I enquired about a house being sold (for $680,000 in August 2017) months before I gave him my mum’s house. At that time and without any expectation of a sale Ben gave me a solid report and good advice on her house. In April 2018 Ben sold my mum’s house for $690,000. When the range was 660,000 to 720,000 I was a little disappointed on the final price expecting to get closer to 700,000. Maybe with a slightly cooling market the final selling price was about right, who knows. Overall though, I was satisfied with Bens effort. His strength is that he kept me constantly in the loop and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone thinking of selling a house.

Marvellous Mei

I had tried to sell my Serviced Apartment a few years ago with no luck and with minimum contact from the agent. I then approached Mei Dong at Network Pacific. She was thorough, kept me informed and helped me to settle on a marketable price. Also she recommended Conveyancers. The whole process was straight forward and stress less. It was a pleasure doing business with Mei.

good attention to detail
