From the outset Matt provided us with good information about the property and the area. He maintained a high level of communication throughout the negotiation, contract and settlement process which was complicated by the settlement of another property. Most importantly you could see that Matt worked very hard to acheive his sellers price and fulfill his obligations to his client - the seller. Matt is a very down to earth bloke/ agent - any hurdle along the way was blind sighted with Matt’s positive approach & initiative to power forward. Every phone call, email and message was always returned. All open house/ private inspection had a decent number of attendance with honest feedback. Our house was on the market for really such a short time to have received our end result. We would certainly work with Matt again!
