The marketing and video’s that NGU Real Estate do is the best around and we were very happy with it. We initially met Matt as we were working through the purchase of a property with the Avenues at Highfields. From this initial contact we found Matt to be very honest and personable to deal with. He was clear with the process that needed to be followed on the sale of our property and updated us regularly on how things were progressing. To emphasize the service provided to us from Matt was that the actual offer on our house was negotiated on a Sunday afternoon, where Matt had to cut short a golf game on our behalf to manage the offer and then after work made the trip to our house to sign the contract during the week. In addition to the sale of our house, Matt also worked with other members of his team in regards to a property that we wanted to purchase which he personally was not managing. Through all this Matt has been able to effectively sell our property for an agreed price, and assist us in the purchase of a new property in the space of 2 months. This is the 5th time that we have been the buying and selling process of a property which can sometimes be very stressful, and due to Matt's assistance this has been by far the easiest, and least stressful process that we have had to follow. Robbie was fantastic. Very helpful as this was our first time selling. More than happy to answer the phone at any time of day and help us with any questions we had no matter how silly the question. Very professional with the whole process from standing behind the photographer making sure the photos were great and up to his standards. And everything before and after open homes.
