Robbie was the only realestate (out of 3 we engaged for appraisals) who actually did a report on our house first before providing his price guide to us. He came back with an honest price which was exactly what we wanted. Robbie worked hard for us in the background and even when open homes were quiet, Robbie and the team were advertising on social media for us and providing updates. Robbies communication is fantastic - we were reminded every weekend before open homes and asked if we were ready and received a call after each. Not every realestate communicates this well in our past experiences! In our sale negotiation, we could not have asked for a better agent and Robbie was able to successfully finalise our sale amount for exactly what we needed to sell. We could not recommend Robbie and the whole NGU team highly enough! We will definitely be using Robbie again in the future.
