We put the family home on the market with Robbie just before Xmas last year. From the outset Robbie showed excellent market knowledge in researching an honest and fair price to put the house on the market with. His approach to marketing is second to none especially with social media. Robbie worked tirelessly every weekend with open houses leading up to Xmas and then again in the new year to gain maximum exposure to clients for the house, even working on public holidays. This showed a level of commitment to getting the job done and made us feel like a priority at every moment and resulted in us securing close to asking price and in a reasonable time frame. I am extremely grateful for his straight down the line and down to earth approach when dealing with myself and especially my elderly father. Robbie made himself available to us when needed and always kept us in the loop during the whole process.
