Shellie had a good knowledge of the kind of grasses and weeds growing on the property. She understood a nice house and something with an income was important to us. She found exactly what we were looking for. She also had contacts for building and pest inspections that helped a lot as we are not from the area. She kept contact with us right through out the contract signing through to settlement.
