When needing to sell our much loved unit, we knew that John and his team would be the agency for us. Having purchased our unit originally from John, his professional, down to earth and honest approach really stood out to us as different from other agents. Top Operator
Yet again, John Loadsman has come up with the goods. We've used his services for a couple of properties now and as per usual he's on top of the game. From the start he was all about us. Discussing what would work best for us and listening to what we had to say and making suggestions. Little issues popped up here and there and he was all over them and they were resolved without a fuss. Very genuine bloke to deal with. It's a nice change from the all too common "salesman" that are out there. Thanks again, John.

Purchase in FORSTER
Have recently made a sea-change purchase in Forster, where we made the pleasant acquaintance of John Loadsman. From the first phone call to arrange to view the property, John was cordial and very accommodating. We travelled from Sydney to Forster at a time that was outside of his office hours but he spontaneously accommodated our request. John kept us informed of what was required throughout the process and we would gladly recommend him and Noble Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.
