They helped us to find good tenants for our rental property, and provided good advice concerning preparing the house for new tenants and advice on charging a market rent.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Brooke. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, professional and genuinely easy to deal with. She went above and beyond throughout the entire leasing process, keeping us informed every step of the way and making what could have been a stressful experience feel effortless. We were especially impressed with how quickly she found quality tenants while still achieving a fair rental price for our property. It’s clear that Brooke genuinely cares about both her landlords and tenants and her communication and attention to detail were outstanding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, proactive and reliable property manager. Thank you, Brooke, for making the whole experience such a positive one!

Brooke is amazing. We had my brand new property online for over 30 days with not one application. Proactively Brooke paid attention and reached out to see if there was anything causing that. I made the decision to switch over just due to her proactive attitude. Within 4 days we had 4 applications and a tenant secured for the property. She has been super diligent in every aspect and we would have no hesitation highly recommending her as a property manager in the future.

They’re fantastic at keeping us in the loop! They’re quick to respond and always give us the latest updates. They’re dead set experts! So professional! We only had our listing for six hours, but we already had applications and the contract signed the next day. We’re absolutely thrilled to have Brooke as our agent! We highly recommend Tamara and Brooke, and the whole team in North Brisbane real estate is just amazing! North Brisbane Real Estate
Tamara and her team took on my property at a time when we were really struggling. The previous real estate agency had left it in poor condition, and there was significant work required before it could be leased and generate any return for North Brisbane Real Estate. Before the property was even tenanted, Tamara and her team went above and beyond by helping me organise trades for necessary repairs. They regularly attended the property to inspect progress and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I genuinely couldn’t rate them highly enough. Their professionalism, communication, and support made a challenging situation much easier to manage
