We cannot thank Renee enough for reaching out to us and helping us find a property that suits our needs. She has put in extraordinary effort for us from the late day inspections to the reaching out outside of hours to support us. We could not recommend her enough!

North Brisbane Real estate provides an exceptional service. Responsible, responsive and professional. I needed to get work done before re-tenanting prior to Christmas. Kylie got me the best trades, services and prices. She worked hard to ensure everything was done to tight time frames, checking in with me the whole time. This produced the best outcome as tenants moved in just days before Xmas and the house looked fantastic. Also when I changed property managers, that was done easily and quickly. Nothing was a problem. It's the best, i now have peace of mind, knowing my property is managed well.

We’ve been working with Tamara and her team at Northside Real Estate Brisbane for a while now, managing a few of our properties. After renovating one of our homes when the previous tenants moved out, we wanted to find great tenants who would value the property as much as we do and secure a rental price that reflected the upgrades we’d made. Honestly, we thought we might be aiming a bit high, but Tamara and her team proved us wrong! They found excellent tenants in no time, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. What really stands out is how responsive and proactive Tamara and her team are. No matter what comes up, they’re always on top of it, making us feel confident and well-supported. We’re so grateful for their help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Northside Real Estate Brisbane to anyone looking for top-notch property management.
