Wow, cannot say enough how impressed we are with Tamara at NBRE. From first contact we were impressed when Tamara organised a viewing for us on the same afternoon, through to being accepted and documents signed the very next day just after lunch on our new stunning rental (our last property through a different agent took a week to process). She is friendly, professional, easy to contact and very quick! Tamara kept in contact throughout the whole (very quick!) process letting us know at every step what was happening which was much appreciated. Absolutely wonderful experience and so looking forward to moving into our beautiful new home and taking care of this beautiful property and continuing a good relationship with Tamara and by extension our property owners.

With the current global pandemic I was concerned I would be without a tenant for some time. This wasn’t the case at all! Tamara managed to secure a tenant within the first week of my property being listed for rent! She really does go above and beyond!

Tamara managed to secure a tenant in record time! I purchased the property and within 24 hours of settlement and signing the management agreement a tenant was found and the lease was signed! Tamara was very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy for me. I definitely feel I made the right decision in placing my new investment in her hands.

Tamara was an absolute delight to deal with. We live interstate and she made renting our home a stress free experience. I couldn't ask for more from a property manager. We can trust our asset is being taken care of at the highest standard. Thank you for making this easy!

After having had a really great Agent for many years who sold their portfolio, I was transferred to a company who were the most unless bunch I've ever dealt with in my 18 years of being a Landlord. I wanted to find a small, personable Agent who actually cared about their work (similarly to my original Agent) and thankfully I stumbled across Tamara. Despite having only been dealing with Tamara for a short time so far, she has proven to me that she is competent, knowledgeable, hard working and that she takes pride in her business and thus, pride in MY property and I appreciate that.

When you find a suitable rental property with an excellent real estate agent, you have basically struck gold! I have dealt with several real estate agents but Tamara is hands down the best I have ever dealt with. Not only is she professional, knowledgeable and efficient in every manner, she is also very personable. When you have all these qualities in a RE agent - you can breathe a sigh of relief because you know, that you will be treated as a person and not as a number. I would definitely, 100% recommend Tamara as your agent!
