This was the first agency where we were treated as individuals and not a number. Tamara listed to our needs and ensured they were met with the property we enquired about. She went out of her way to get all the information required and her communication was quick and accurate. Really happy!

Tamara was on my doorstep within hours of my initial call, within a week photos were done and our home was on the rental market, 5 days later it was rented! Tamara has done all the hard stuff for me in such a short time during a very stressful time. We are so grateful to have her as our property manager. Nothings a problem, Tamara is just wonderful. Can not speak highly enough of her professional friendly service.

Tamara is an exceptional agent - throughout our transaction, she was extremely respectful, efficient and just an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was extremely speedy and and always communicated information promptly. She is an asset to the real estate profession - we are looking to invest in North Brisbane in the future and know who we will be using for our future transactions. Very highly recommended.

Tamara is amazing!!!! From the moment I contacted her she was able to come see me immediately she gave me a full pack of what I needed to do to be organised to get my house ready to rent! The day we needed to list she drove around late at night and had our house listed online that very night! She made this process so easy and streamline, she was so helpful and had contacts to make it a smooth process! I highly recommend Tamara! So happy with everything from start to finish!

Tamara kept us informed through out the process of advertising our property for rental. Quick responses and our property has a tenant agreement signed within 3 days of the property being vacated.

Tamara had our house leased within FIVE days of signing with her, in the middle of the covid-19 drama. A time when the market is painfully slow, we had tenants sorted in almost record timing! Tamara worked her butt off to get everything done asap with excellent communication along the way! Couldn't recommend highly enough!
