Fantastic from start to finish
Sincere thanks to Jeff & Gerda. Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was all done their end ... we did nothing! Gerda is an extremely knowledgeable person who assisted me greatly not only with the purchase of the property, but with advice on moving to the area and people to contact to assist with the move and to help maintain my property such as gardeners. I greatly appreciate her assistance and professional advice. The welcome basket was also lovely.

A trouble free experience
After attempting to sell our house privately, I decided to go with Gerda from Nutrien Harcourts. With Gerda's local knowledge my property was able to be sold for much more than we could privately. During the sale process and in particular during the settlement process we had some work done on the property as part of the settlement and Gerda kept us informed of the progress every step of the way.
