Gerda as our main go to person took us on our first visit to see some very nice places and also was willing to show us around the hotel that was for sale, even though for us it was very much an outside gambĺe. Throughout COVID's impact, which delayed us making an offer for several months, Gerda was patient and accommodating. Given our interest in Peterborough, it might have been useful to be shown some more diverse places beyond those we did see - as there were a lot. However that may be, we loved the place we bought. A bit of detailed information on the various water treatments and arrangements on the property we did buy would have been very much appreciated. However, in the end we are very pleased with the buy and look forward to joining the Peterborough community.
