The moment we met with Michael and Anthony we felt that we were part of a partnership to sell our property. Both were honest and upfront about the market and the expectations of price on the property. We were kept up to date with any prospective purchasers, any offers and negotiations to sell the property. We have been in the property industry for quite some time and have had many ordinary experiences along the way. Not this time! We would recommend both Michael and Anthony to any prospective vendors or purchasers. A fantastic experience.

Anthony , thank you so much for all the hard work you put into selling our Investment property 44 Lee Ann Street. Professionalism, perseverance, dedication and honesty is what sets you apart from the rest. The many phone calls, emails, texts and follow ups made for a seamless transaction and a final selling price which surpassed expectation. You understood the sellers’ market and different types of buyer, and marketed our property accordingly to achieve the best possible result. THANK YOU. The communication from the team at Stockdale & Leggo , Blackburn was exceptional! We received constant updates, all calls were returned, every open house we had was followed up with an email or telephone call detailing the outcome. I would like to personally thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty. You made every effort to make the process of selling our house not too stressful for me. We really appreciate that you returned EVERY call, made yourself available at all hours . THANK YOU. I am delighted and have no hesitation in recommending the team at Stockdale & Leggo Real Estate , Blackburn to sell your property. Regards Mr and Mrs Jaswant Singh

From the moment we met Anthony we knew we dealing with an enthusiastic and honest man who was going to work his hardest at getting us the best possible outcome. After months on the market (mainly with another agent), Anthony got us that eagerly awaited sale which has enabled us to join my daughter in an overseas dance competition later this year. Smiles all round.

We contracted with Anthony Molinaro for the sale of my parents home by auction. The preliminaries were handled very professionally and we went with an advertising program recommended by Anthony. In the lead up to the auction we were kept fully briefed on the numbers of inspections and feedback from potential buyers. The auction, with Anthony as auctioneer, was a stunning success with a large crowd in attendance and several active bidders and the result far exceeded our expectations. We have no hesitation in recommending Anthony and his team to potential vendors.

Being new to the property purchase merry-go-round, my wife and I were pleased that Anthony was able to communicate in language and terminology which we both understood. Anthony's calm manor and product/market knowledge certainly instils confidence in his ability and his willingness to help regardless of how trivial our questions or requests may be is rather refreshing

It was a pleasure dealing with Anthony after the initial rocky start with a former agent of the Blackburn office of Stockdale & Leggo. He gave our family the reassurance, he and his father Frank would work very hard to acheive a good sale of our family home on behalf of our mother. Anthony and the S&L team did an excellent job on the day of the auction. Our family would recommend Anthony with future clients.
