Anthony Molinaro was the sales agent for the home we purchased in Vermont a few months ago. Right from the start he was extremely personable and relatable. He was always very easy to reach on the many occasions we needed to contact him and so easy to talk to yet very professional at the same time. He is very honest and real and kept us comfortable, informed and at ease through the whole buying process. We would highly recommend him and his office (staff there were also amazing to deal with) to anyone!

Real Service
Excellent service and professionalism by Anthony. He was sincere and helpful from beginning to end. Just the type of person you need when looking for a home. Anthony was flexible with timings and availability for prospective buyers to visit the property, extremely confidant liaising between the builder and client. He gave us his honest view and which helped us making informative decision. Would definitely recommend Anthony and his friendly staff. Dealing with the loss of our mother and the sale of her property was difficult but we were in excellent hands with Anthony and the whole team at Stockdale and Leggo, Blackburn. From the first meeting right through to the excellent result on the day of auction, Anthony and his team gave a sense of skill and confidence, while all the time remaining approachable, friendly and flexible. His guidance was invaluable in helping us make the right decisions building up to the sale. On the day itself we really felt well prepared and were thrilled with the result. I won't be going past Stockdale and Leggo for future business and have no hesitation in recommending Anthony.

Excellent service from Michael Szitarity. Even though I lived interstate Michael and his team did a Fantastic job selling my house. I was more than "Happy" with the price l got, the Auctioneer was pretty dam good at his part of the process too. I would not hesitate to recommend this Estate Agent to Anyone looking to sell their property.

The advice as to property presentation was comphrensive and accurate and complemented with information on appropriate people to conduct the process.
