We made the best choice of agent and auctioneer!
Through the local Stockdale a Leggo Real Estate agent, we recently sold a house via auction and could not have been more pleased with the service provided and outcomes delivered; especially from Anthony Molinaro. We interviewed several agents in the area, and invited them to view our house for sale. Although initially it was not easy to find an overall stand out choice in terms of costs, coverage and local knowledge, we found a clear differentiator in the pleasant and professional approach by Anthony, his Sales Manager, Michael Szitarity and their ‘family team’ approach. They were also the only agent that provided 3 open day inspections per week. What also convinced us to choose Stockdale and Leggo was a video clip of Anthony’s performance as the auctioneer at a previous auction. He was positive, easy to follow, thorough, fully professional and worked very hard to get his vendor the best sale price possible. On our Auction day he even surpassed our high expectations set from that video. Despite it being a cold day with many other auctions on the day, we had a phenomenal turn-out of 60-70 people with at least 5 active bidders. His strategy and tactics were very well thought through and executed…resulting a price some $65,000 above our most optimistic predictions on the day! I would highly recommend Blackburn Stockdale and Leggo as the best agent in the area, and definitely with Anthony Molinaro as the auctioneer!

Truly Professional and Committed to the client.
Anthony is a chip of the old block Frank. Like an expensive bottle of wine, time will give him the necessary ingredients to fully inherit the old mans finer attributes. Tough, resolute, and determined to succeed is the mixture that make a very good sale. Amazing agent!!
Anthony was fantastic from start to finish during the sale of my brothers house (deceased estate). I found Anthony and his team to be easy to work with, very open and honest.
My brother and his wife Irene and I contracted Anthony's company to sell our Family home in Blackburn as executors of our Mothers estate. We did this after approaching a number of Estate Agents in the Blackburn region to ascertain their assessment of market value and selling strategies. We felt Anthony had the clearest and best thought through selling strategy and we all liked the family atmosphere of the company and its key staff. Anthony communicated with us very well during the selling period prior to the auction date for the sale. We were very impressed by the attention to detail and the extent of liaison that Anthony's team had with potential purchases with the result being a very satisfactory sale price consistent with the initial evaluation of the property. Anthony also did a wonderful job as the auctioneer.
