Through the local Stockdale a Leggo Real Estate agent, we recently sold a house via auction and could not have been more pleased with the service provided and outcomes delivered; especially from Anthony Molinaro. We interviewed several agents in the area, and invited them to view our house for sale. Although initially it was not easy to find an overall stand out choice in terms of costs, coverage and local knowledge, we found a clear differentiator in the pleasant and professional approach by Anthony, his Sales Manager, Michael Szitarity and their ‘family team’ approach. They were also the only agent that provided 3 open day inspections per week. What also convinced us to choose Stockdale and Leggo was a video clip of Anthony’s performance as the auctioneer at a previous auction. He was positive, easy to follow, thorough, fully professional and worked very hard to get his vendor the best sale price possible. On our Auction day he even surpassed our high expectations set from that video. Despite it being a cold day with many other auctions on the day, we had a phenomenal turn-out of 60-70 people with at least 5 active bidders. His strategy and tactics were very well thought through and executed…resulting a price some $65,000 above our most optimistic predictions on the day! I would highly recommend Blackburn Stockdale and Leggo as the best agent in the area, and definitely with Anthony Molinaro as the auctioneer!
