Excellent experience for first time selling a house
Ben was knowledgeable and very helpful. Being our first time selling a house he walked us through the process in an easy to understand and non-overwhelming way. He definitely came across as having a genuine care factor and made us feel well looked after through the entire process.

Awesome plus!
Genuine is not a word often used for real estate agents...but Symone is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on during the sale of my home...the move was a very difficult one for my children and I, after losing my mum...and we were grateful for the empathy. However, Symone’s empathy and care, did not get in the way of her professionalism. It’s so lovely to work with someone who is not just about the sale, but about a positive experience for all! I would have no hesitation recommending Symone(and her lovely assistant Nina) as the best agent I’ve ever dealt with! Thank you Symone!!

Professional, communicative and knowledgable.
Symone was lovely to deal with as a seller. It was a very stressful period and a long wait during 2020 lockdown and into 2021 to gain repossession of my home and put it on the market. Symone kept in touch with me during the whole process. I appreciated all her assistance and support and highly recommend her and the team at OBrien.

Amazing Agent
Michelle Stephens is an amazing Agent. She has sold 3 houses for us now and all within a week!! I would not sell my house with anyone else!! She knows the market and people and knows how to get the sale. Michelle is honest, hard working and caring. Michelle has continued to show us how amazing her sales abilities are. Awesome team
Michelle and her team are fantastic. Michelle is organised from the first day she had all the information to answer all my questions, this young lady is fantastic and knows her stuff. I was a few week away from being ready to sell due to personal reasons, Michelle was fantastic about the situation and I signed up with her. She actually had it sold within 9 days of singing the contract. There communication is excellent and nothing is too difficult for this awesome team. I have no regrets with Michelle and her team and can not recommend them highly enough.

Sold in a day !!
We were so happy with how Michelle helped us through out the process of selling our home ,we ended up with a sale price much higher than expected and we sold on the first day of opening aswell. Highly recommend Symone has been so supportive
