We chose Ben and Obrien Real Estate because of the name Ben has in the community. From the Start Ben was helpful with my Mum in the sale of her home of 35+ years. His knowledge of the area, and the current market was excellent and the results of marketing the property was spot on resulting in a sale within 4 days. The Sale was above expected target due to Ben's negotiation between a number of interested parties. Over all we are exceptionally happy with what Ben has achieved and how he respected us all.

Michelle is professional and very helpful. She helped me secure my dream home just before the new financial year and saved me huge on stamp duty, even if it means she had to work well into the night. Her elves are amazing as well, any document you want, just tell them and snap! it's done. This is my third property and I have been through A LOT Of agents over the years, so far dealing with Michelle and her team is the easiest. I had to pay more than I was prepared for, but that's not anybody's fault, that's how hot the market is. Can't be happier.

Michelle sold our friends property recently they couldn't have been happier, in the way she attended to business. they had no hesitation in recommending Michelle and her team. Michelle showed us she had a vast knowledge of the area, what properties were doing in an (elite area Sandhurst estate). Giving us examples of past sales,what was currently on the market and at what price compared to ours. We asked for her advise on a couple of occasions on what she thought was the best to do ? given the situation we were in and her responses were immediate, she knew her business. Covid 19 and 4 x lock-downs whilst we had our property on the market but, Michelle had strategies she wanted to put in place, always positive, and kept us informed daily, through these uncertain times. Living in a rural area interstate with slow Internet & outages, Michelle and her team did a great job, they also were professional, coherent and acting prudently. We would also have no hesitation in recommending Michelle and her Team.
