We recently purchased a property in Sandhurst that was listed with Michelle. During the purchase Michelle and her team were excellent. So when it came time to sell our current residence in Sandhurst, we had no hesitation in asking Michelle to act as our real estate agent. Michelle moved very quickly on organising things. Within a week of first contacting her, we had several potential buyers look at the house, a demonstration of her knowledge of the local market and of her connection with the buyers market. Within three weeks we had a signed Contract of Sale without having the house formally listed and without having an open house. A great outcome for us!
