I found Michelle after first dealing with other agents. She estimated the value of my house to be 200K above what the other agents were thinking. Michelle obviously knew the market much better because she sold it for this. Not appointing Michelle would have been a very expensive mistake for me. I had no idea that agents could see things so differently and could make such a difference. My strong advice for any Vendor is no to sell or list with another agent before speaking to Michelle. She is pretty fantastic!!

MIchelle was an absolute pleasure to do with, from start to finish. After discussing with her what I was looking for in a house, she was happy to provide me with suggestions on properties she thought suited my needs. She showed genuine interest & understanding in what I was looking for.
