Carole and I picked the wrong time to sell our home, which was when Covid hit Melbourne and people were not sure of the future. We went through the interview stage with a couple of agents first. The first, from Harcourts Carrum Down advised us to go with Michelle, as he was not an expert in the area. The Second, decided to tell us how good he was and bagged everyone including Michelle. Totally unprofessional and shown the door. Next walked in Michelle Stephens, a true professional it didn't take Carole and I long to decide Michelle was the one. it took months to sell, but Michelle and her team, especially Jae and Lenny, were always positive and striving for the sale.
