We originally decided to go with Michelle as our agent because of online recommendations and we did not regret our decision. Michelle was very knowledgeable about the area, the market at the time. We unfortunately decided to sell just before Covid hit us in February and things did get complicated and change along the way. However our agent was amazing, she always gave us updates, kept us informed and advised the best way to go about things. She was always realistic and honest about price range etc and always kept on our backs if there was something we needed to submit. In all working with Michelle and her team was a very easy process. We created a great relationship and trust which made this process very simple for us. Would highly recommend her as an agent and look forward to working with her in future regarding property investment. Great Jobs guys!!

We picked Michelle because of her advertising as it is everywhere and we wanted to see what the hype was. From the moment we met Michelle we knew that we had made the right decision. Selling during Covid 19 would be a challenge however Michelle made it easy. Michelle was always up to date with restrictions and keeping us in the loop with what was happening. So a fair rollercoaster ride selling a house during a pandemic, getting stuck in stage 4 restrictions but Michelle and everyone at O'Brien have been fantastic. Michelle went above and beyond for us and from the very first time we met her we felt confident in selling our home as she is very professional and knows her stuff.

Michelle and her team did an amazing job selling our property. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, knowledgable and they worked hard for us. We received very regular updates and Michelle and the team went out of their way to accomodate everything we needed. It was potentially very challenging selling a property on the other side of Melbourne especially during covid. Michelle and the team made the process easy.
