Flexible, lovely and responsive
Symone has been wonderful to help us into our first home, not even covid could stop a 10/10 service. Always responded instantly when we needed and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Extremely supportive agent with a very professional team
It was a pleasure to work with Michelle and her team. She has an excellent can do attitude. We would highly recommend her for her passion, dedication and honesty. She utilised her experience and lead us through the journey of both selling and purchasing. The covid restrictions made the experience more challenging but this just highlighted her very unique ability to face challenges and turn them into opportunities. The #1 agent in Vic for a reason, highly recommend!
Michelle was fantastic to work with, she is incredibly knowledgable about the local market and made us feel very confident that we would be able to sell home very quickly (which we did!) Once the for sale sign went up, she sold our home in 3 days. She was easy to get a hold of throughout the process, took care of everything (conveyancer, photos, staging etc) and kept us updated the entire time. We run our own business and are incredibly busy, she made the process quick and painless for us. We would highly recommend allowing Michelle to sell your home, she's the #1 agent in Vic for a reason!

Michelle and her team are outstanding and efficienct

Outstanding Service in trying times!
Michelle, Lenny & Team did an excellent job selling our home at Sandhurst in the midst of the Covid pandemic. We elected to look for a buyer in an off-market situation with no boards, internet or marketing and it would have been easy for Michelle not to spend too much time and effort looking for a buyer - but she did and a good buyer was found in tough trying times! Michelle with the help of Lenny & her team kept us informed at all times during the process. 10 out of 10 to Michelle & Team!
