We didn’t know what to expect, been first time sellers and were quite nervous to begin with, however Michelle and her team were absolutely amazing and made our whole experience easy! Words can't explain how great Michelle and her team were supporting us through the process of buying our house. They were available to answer any questions and find out information for us at any time, even at times through to the late hours of the evening. Beyond that, they even found a new abode for the tenant that was leasing the house we bought. This helped us move earlier and eased the tenants fears of finding somewhere to live to her liking. Michelle was helpful, enthusiastic, supportive, professional, friendly and able to answer any queries we had from liaising with conveyancers for contract changes down to our silly questions. No complaints, just high praise from us.
