We dealt with Berry Plant’s Sales consultant Sandeep who was exceptional throughout the entire process, always very responsive and friendly. We never felt pressures during negotiations as a buyer in this case. We felt that Sandeep was helping both parties to reach the most agreeable outcome - Win/Win.

Immediate follow up from initial contact. Promised to have inspection from potential buyers within 7 days. 2 potential buyers inspected within 3 days with written offer received within 4 days which was eventual buyer of property. Sandeep was in contact on a daily basis and remained so even after sale. Market price quoted was considered realistic with sale at top end of range. Would not hesitate to recommend Sandeep to any potential seller of house property in this area as he knows the market very well.
